Estimates provided via phone, email, or web form are non-binding until a written quote is signed by both parties. Prices may change based on on-site conditions discovered during the walkthrough. Final scope is always documented in writing before work begins.

Warranty.
Every build includes a written workmanship warranty from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties on installed products and materials apply separately. Details are documented in the signed project contract.
Who we are.
Bellingham ADU Co. is operated by Apex Builderz LLC, a licensed, bonded, and insured Washington general contractor (WA Contractor Reg. # APEXBBL749B1, UBI 604-945-342). All construction work is performed under that registration.
